Miranda joined the independent Bar in 2023.

She accepts briefs in criminal, traffic and disciplinary matters, both to appear as counsel and to provide advice.

Miranda regularly appears as counsel in trials and sentencing matters in the Supreme Court, District Court, Magistrates Court and Youth Court. She has also appeared as counsel in appeals and bail reviews.

Miranda previously worked as a solicitor both in private practice and at the Legal Services Commission of South Australia. She was also previously employed as a prosecutor at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law. She is admitted in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia.

Miranda is a member of the South Australian Bar Association.

Miranda is also a member of the Legal Services Commission General Panel and Complex Criminal Law Panel.
