Rachel joined the Independent Bar and Elliott Johnston Chambers in 2024.

Prior to this, Rachel worked as a criminal solicitor for the Aboriginal Legal Rights Movement in South Australia and the North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency in the Northern Territory.

Rachel is an experienced advocate and has appeared at all levels of criminal proceedings. She regularly appears in the South Australian Magistrates Court, District Court and Supreme Court, as well as the Northern Territory Local Court and Supreme Court. 

Rachel also has experience appearing in coronial inquests and appeals.

She accepts briefs in criminal law and asset confiscation, disciplinary proceedings, and coronial inquests.
